摘要 白细胞在大血管中呈球状,且数量最少,因而在血液流变学中常被忽视。本文从白细胞的形态学和胞浆生物化学入手,分析了白细胞的变形特性。对白细胞在微循环中的运动、变形、粘附以及和红细胞的相互作用等进行了较深刻的探讨。 The leucocyte are sphere-shaped in the blood vesseles,and they are few in the blood vesseles, so they were often ignored in hemorheology. In this study, the deformability characteristic of leucocyte was analyzed through the research of the shape of the leucocyte and the cytoplasmic biochemistry. The movement, deformation and adherence of leucocyte at microcirculation and the interaclion between leucocyte and erythrocyte were discussed.
