摘要 从云南产鸡骨常山(Alstonia yunnanensis妇Diels)根中又分离得9个吲哚生物碱和一个非碱成分。根据理化性质和UV、IR、NMR及MS等光谱数据,推断三个新碱是去乙酰匹克林拉三甲氧基苯甲酸酯(deacetylpicraline 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate Ⅵ),17-乙酰蛇根精(17-acetylsarpagine Ⅺ)和16-差向蛇根精(16-episarpagine Ⅻ)。六个为已知碱。 In a previous paper, the isolation and identification of six known indole alkaloids form Alstonia Yunnanensis Diels was reported. This paper reports the isolation of nine other indole alkaloids and a nonalkaloidal component. They are lochnerinine (Ⅰ), 11-methoxy-19-hydroxytabersonine (Ⅱ), pseudoakuammigine (Ⅳ), picrinine (Ⅴ), deacetylpicraline 3, 4, 5- trimethoxybenzoate (Ⅵ), corynanthine (Ⅸ), yohimbine (Ⅹ), 17-acetylsarpagine (Ⅺ), 16-episarpagine (Ⅻ) and methyl 3, 4, 5-trimethoxycinnamate. Their structures were elucidated by spectroeopic analysis (UV, IR, NMR, MS), physical constants and preparation of derivatives. It has been shown that Ⅵ, Ⅺ and Ⅻ are new indole alkaloids.
