人血白蛋白联合中药治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Human Serum Albumin Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Patients with Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome

目的观察人血白蛋白联合中药治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的疗效观察。方法选择我院2017年2月～2018年8月收治的74例卵巢过度刺激综合征患者为研究对象,给予中西医结合治疗,观察患者腹围、卵巢最大直径、体重改善情况、疗效及中医症候评分。结果治疗后患者腹围(76.19±4.01)cm、卵巢最大直径(75.61±19.82)cm、体重(56.30±1.02)kg,均较治疗前改善(85.24±2.18)cm、(99.27±22.10)cm、(60.83±1.10)kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。74例卵巢过度刺激综合征患者中,治疗后痊愈68例(91.89%),好转6例(8.11%)。治疗前患者肢体肿胀、纳差、面色黄白、小便量少、腹部膨满中医症候评分均较高,治疗后评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用人血白蛋白联合中药治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征,可改善患者腹围、卵巢最大直径、体重,改善患者症状,降低中医症候评分,有一定的应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of human serum albumin combined with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Methods A total of 74 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The abdominal diameter,ovary maximum diameter, weight improvement, curative effect and TCM symptoms were observed. score. Results After treatment, the abdominal circumference(76.19±4.01) cm, the largest diameter of ovary(75.61±19.82) cm, and the body weight(56.30±1.02) kg were improved(85.24±2.18) cm,(99.27±22.10) cm.(60.83±1.10) kg, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Of the 74 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, 68(91.89%) recovered after treatment and 6(8.11%) improved. Before treatment, the patient’s limb swelling, anorexia, yellowish white, low urine volume,abdominal distension and TCM symptom scores were higher, and the score after treatment was lower, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of human serum albumin combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome can improve the abdominal circumference, maximum diameter and weight of the ovary, improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the score of TCM. It has certain application value.
