探索和完善具有中国特色的分级诊疗体系,是目前深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务之一。《健康中国2030规划纲要》中指出分级诊疗是实现有序就医、促进医疗卫生资源高效利用的重要举措。本文通过介绍国内外分级诊疗发展的现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为分级诊疗体系的推进提供参考。

Exploring and perfecting the graded diagnosis and treatment system with Chinese characteristics is one of the important tasks for deepening the reform of the medical and health system. The 'Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline' pointed out that grading diagnosis and treatment is an important measure to achieve orderly medical treatment and promote the efficient use of medical and health resources. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the development of graded diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the advancement of the graded diagnosis and treatment system.
