摘要
院前急救作为医疗服务的一个组成部分,如何在"智慧城市"和"智慧医疗"建设大局下,以改革创新精神扎实推进"智慧急救"建设,让市民在发生急危重症以及各种灾害事故时,实现120急救信息服务零距离。本文分析了智慧急救建设的基础和资源现状,提出了我市智慧急救建设方案,为我市加快推进智慧急救建设提供了建设思路和经验。
As an integral part of medical services, pre-hospital first-aid, under the overall situation of 'smart city' and 'smart medical care', we will promote the construction of 'smart first aid' in a spirit of reform and innovation, so that the public may be in serious danger and various disasters. At the time, 120 emergency information service zero distance is achieved. This paper analyzes the basics and resources of smart emergency construction,and puts forward the city’s smart first aid construction plan, which provides construction ideas and experience for the city to accelerate the construction of intelligent emergency.
