摘要 肝细胞癌是我国常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,超声分子成像能监测特定分子在时间及空间上的分布及细胞的生物学行为,对肝癌的早期诊断、精确定位及疗效监测具有潜在的应用前景。本文就近年来超声分子成像在肝癌诊治中的研究进展作一综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most common tumors in China. Molecular ultrasound imaging can detect temporal and spatial distribution of target molecules and cellular processes at the molecular level. It is a potential imaging technique in early diagnosis, accurate positioning and monitoring therapeutic efficacy of HCC. The progress on molecular ultrasound imaging used in the diagnosis and therapy of HCC is reviewed in the present paper.
