摘要
胃癌腹膜转移严重影响患者的预后,腹膜转移是胃癌术后复发的主要方式,由于腹膜转移的诊断和治疗比较困难。本文详细的阐述了胃部恶性肿瘤发生腹膜转移的机制,以及胃癌腹膜转移诊疗方法,并对其他研究进行分析。
The peritoneal metastasis of gastric carcinoma severely affects the prognosis of patients, and the peritoneal metastasis is the main method for the recurrence of gastric cancer, which is difficult due to the diagnosis and treatment of peritoneal metastasis. This paper elaborates on the mechanism of peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer and the method of gastric carcinoma peritoneal metastasis, and analyses other studies.
