阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的对比分析

Vaginal ultrasound with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探析阴道B超和腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的效果和价值。方法:选取2013年8月—2016年8月间我院接收的异位妊娠患者80例,按照就诊顺序奇偶数,将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用腹部B超检查,观察组采用阴道B超检查,对比两种诊断方式的效果。结果:观察组诊断符合率为95%,漏诊率为5%,对照组中诊断符合率为80%,漏诊率为20%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发现心管搏动、胚芽、附件包块、假孕囊、盆腔积液的比例均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对异位妊娠采用阴道B超检查,诊断符合率较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the vaginal ultrasound and the effect of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and value.Methods August 2013-August 2016 between 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were receiving in our in medical order, even, it can be divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in each.Control group using abdominal B to exceed check, observation group with vaginal ultrasound examination, compare the effect of the two diagnostic ways.Results Observation group diagnosis coincidence rate was 95%, the missed diagnosis rate was 5%, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 80% in control group, the missed diagnosis rate was 20%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Observation group that heart beats tube, germ, accessory bag piece, false pregnant bursa, pelvic cavity effusion were higher than the control group, the proportion of the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy by vaginal ultrasound examination, diagnostic coincidence rate is higher, worth clinical promotion.
