Objective To analyze the influence of individualized nursing on the quality of life and anxiety, depression and other negative emotions in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 160 nephrotic syndrome patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 80 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the experimental group received individualized care. Two groups of patients were evaluated by QLQ-C30 quality of life scale, SAS anxiety scale and SDS depression scale.,After admission, one month after admission, and six months after admission. Results There was no significant difference in the QLQ-C30 quality of life scale, the SAS anxiety scale and the SDS depression score between the two groups at the time of admission, P > 0.05. After 1 months and 6 months intervention, the QLQ-C30 quality of life scale score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the SAS anxiety scale and the SDS depression score were significantly lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. The QLQ-C30 quality of life scale, the SAS anxiety scale and the SDS depression score of the experimental group after intervention for 6 months were significantly better than those in the intervention month and P < 0.05 at the beginning of the experiment. Conclusion Personalized nursing can reduce anxiety and depression of nephrotic syndrome patients, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
