研究分析心理治疗在精神障碍临床治疗中的应用效果

目的:分析心理治疗在精神障碍临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选2016年1月—2017年1月本院收治的70例精神障碍患者,以不同治疗方法为依据分成两组:参照组(35例,施以常规西药治疗)、研究组(35例,施以常规西药治疗联合心理治疗),同时观察、比对两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组S D S评分(31.6±4.1)分、S A S评分(32.2±3.5)分,均优于参照组(38.7±5.0)分、(42.8±5.5)分,差异较明显(P<0.05);研究组社会活动技能评分(6.6±2.3)分、日常生活能力评分(8.3±2.0)分、交往状况评分(8.6±2.5)分,均明显比参照组(5.7±2.1)分、(7.2±2.1)分、(7.7±2.0)分高,(P<0.05)。结论:临床对精神障碍患者展开专业治疗时,在常规西药治疗的基础上配个心理治疗,效果确切,可在促进患者心理康复的基础上,改善其生活质量,建议推荐。

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological therapy in the clinical treatment of mental disorders. Methods 70 cases of patients with mental disorders of January 2016-2017 year in January in our hospital, with different treatment methods on the basis of divided into 2 groups: control group(35 cases, with conventional Western Medicine treatment, the study group(35 cases), to the conventional western medicine treatment combined with psychological treatment, at the same time) observation, comparison of 2 groups of clinical curative effect. Results After the treatment, the SDS scores of the study group(31.6± 4.1), SAS score(32.2±3.5) points, were better than the control group(38.7± 5),(42. 8 ±5.5) points, with obvious difference(P < 0.05); the study group social skills score(6.6± 2.3), daily life ability score(8.3± 2.0),communication status(8.6± 2.5), were significantly better than the reference group(5.7± 2.1),(7.2± 2.1),(7.7± 2)%,(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical professional treatment for patients with mental disorders, with a psychological treatment, on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment effect, can promote the psychological rehabilitation in patients, improve their quality of life, recommend.
