环孢素A治疗儿童非重型再生障碍性贫血疗效观察

Effect of cyclosporine A in treating children with non-severe aplastic anemia

目的:对环孢素A治疗儿童非重型再生障碍性贫血疗效进行研究及判定。方法:选取本院收治的60例(2015年10月17日—2016年3月17日期间),将其依据信封式随机分组原则,分为对照组、观察组,各30例,对照组给予司坦唑醇治疗,观察组给予环孢素A治疗,并观察两组患儿经治疗后的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果:观察组非重型再生障碍性贫血患儿经治疗后的总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组,P<0.05,其不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:环孢素A治疗儿童非重型再生障碍性贫血疗效显著,可显著改善患儿贫血症状,且具有一定的安全性,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To study and evaluate the efficacy of cyclosporine A in the treatment of children with non severe aplastic anemia.Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital(October 17,2015 to March 17,2016),the envelope type according to the principle of randomization,divided into control group and observation group,each of 30 cases,control group received stanozolol treatment, observation group received cyclosporine A treatment,and to observe the 2 groups of children with clinical effect and adverse reaction after treatment of the situation.Results The observation group of children with non severe aplastic anemia after treatment,the total effective rate was 86.67%,significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 10%, and the control group had no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion Cyclosporine A treatment of children with severe aplastic anemia is effective,can significantly improve the symptoms of anemia in children,and has certain security,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
