超声联合钼靶X线对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of mammography combined with mammography in three negative breast cancer

目的:讨论超声联合钼靶X线对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选取86例患有乳腺癌的患者为研究对象。将以上患者均采用超声检查,与病理结果进行对比,观察其准确性。结果:超声符合率为91.86%,钼靶X线符合率为58.14%,联合检测的符合率为96.51%(P>0.05),超声诊断有70例患者为实性肿块,出现囊性肿块的患者为4例,出现导管扩张并导管内不规则低回声结节的患者为5例,同时还有钙化不规则低回声区患者为5例。共检出84个病灶。漏诊2例,钼靶诊断结果,发现肿块的为53例,其中19例形态规整,14例呈浅分叶状,20例形态不规则。同时伴有钙化的患者为21例。6例漏诊。结论:采用超声联合钼靶X线诊断三阴性乳腺癌具有较高的临床价值,可以有效的提高诊断准确率,为临床治疗提供有效的数据。

Objective To discuss jointly ultrasound mammography x-ray diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer.Methods Patients for the study of 86 cases with breast cancer. Patients over using ultrasound and pathological results were compared and observe its accuracy. Results Ultrasound meet rate for 91.86%, MO target x line meet rate for 58.14%, joint detection of meet rate for 96.51%(P>0.05), ultrasound diagnosis has 70 cases patients for real sex mass, appeared SAC sex mass of patients for 4 cases, appeared catheter expansion and catheter within not rules low echo knot section of patients for5 cases, while also has calcification not rules low echo district patients for 5 cases. 84 lesions were detected. 2 cases of missed diagnosis, mammography results, found a lump in 53 cases, 19 cases regular form, with pale lobulated 14 cases, 20 cases of irregular shape. Accompanied by calcification in patients in 21 cases. Missed diagnosis of 6 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound and mammography x-ray diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer has a high clinical value, can improve the diagnostic accuracy,provide effective data for clinical treatment.
