超声引导下肩峰下滑囊注药治疗在肩峰下撞击综合征中的应用价值

目的:探讨超声引导下肩峰下滑囊注药治疗在肩峰下撞击综合征中的应用价值。方法:对42例肩峰下撞击综合征患者采取超声引导下肩峰下滑囊注药治疗,并进行6个月随访,使用Constant Murley肩关节评分进行比较的治疗前后观察肩关节的功能康复情况。结果:42例患者中,29例为优,8例为良,3例为中,2例为差,优良率为88%。治疗前肩关节功能Constant Murley功能评分47.8±3.5,治疗后,功能评分87.2±2.8,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:超声引导下肩峰下滑囊注药治疗对肩峰下撞击综合征有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided lower oblique capsular injection in the treatment of impingement syndrome. Methods 42 cases of subacromial impingement syndrome were treated with ultrasound-guided subacromial bursa injection treatment, and 6 months of follow-up, the use of Constant Murley shoulder score before and after the treatment of shoulder joint function. Results Among the 42 cases, 29 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good, 3 cases were middle, 2 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate was 88%. Before the treatment, shoulder function, Constant, Murley function score 47.8±3.5, after treatment, the function score was 87.2±2.8, P<0.05, there was significant difference. Conclusion The treatment of impingement syndrome under the guidance of ultrasound is effective in the treatment of impingement syndrome.
