心理治疗联合阿立派唑治疗精神分裂症阴性症状患者的临床疗效

目的:研究和分析心理治疗联合阿立派唑治疗精神分裂症阴性症状患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年10月—2016年11月的96例精神分裂症以阴性症状为主的患者作为研究对象,分为实验组和常规组,常规组患者单纯使用药物治疗,实验组患者在药物治疗的基础上运用心理治疗。分析和比较两组患者的精神病评分、阴性症状情况、不良反应情况。结果:实验组精神病评分、阴性症状情况都与常规组存在差异,既有统计学意义P<0.05。但是并发症上差异不大,没有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在治疗精神分裂症阴性症状患者,运用心理治疗联合抗精神病药物治疗,效果显著,值得运用和推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of psychotherapy combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms. Methods 96 patients with schizophrenia were selected from October 2014 to November 2016. They were divided into experimental group and routine group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with aripiprazole. The patients in the experimental group were treated with the basis of drug therapy On the use of psychological treatment. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with psychiatric score,negative symptoms, adverse reactions. Results: There were significant differences in psychiatric score and negative symptoms between the experimental group and the conventional group(P <0.05). But the difference was not significant, no statistically significant, P> 0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms, the use of psychological therapy combined with antipsychotic drugs, the effect is significant, worthy of use and promotion.
