摘要 目的:对剪切波弹性成像技术评估乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效进行研讨。方法:随机选择我院住院治疗的60例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,在新辅助化疗治疗前后进行剪切波弹性成像技术记录,将化疗前后弹性剪切波技术成像结果进行对比分析。结果:乳腺癌患者经新辅助化疗后,剪切波弹性成像技术反应出的肿瘤的大小、直径减小,评估上对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剪切波弹性成像技术能更好的评估乳腺癌的新辅助化疗结果,在疗效评估中起显著作用。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant wave shear wave imaging in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods Methods Randomly selected in our hospital 60 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, recording the shear wave elastography before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment, the elastic shear wave imaging before and after chemotherapy results were compared and analyzed.Results Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the size and diameter of the tumor were reduced by shear wave elastography, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusionn Shear wave elastography can better evaluate the neoadjuvant chemotherapy results in breast cancer and play an important role in the evaluation of efficacy.
