超声在评估中医治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎中的价值

目的:探讨超声在评估中医中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的中的作用和意义。方法:选择106例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机平均分成治疗组和对照组,每组53例,对照组予西医治疗,治疗组予中医治疗,针对临床疗效和超声相关检查结果进行比较分析。结果:中医治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎效果明显优于西医治疗,并且相关超声检查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声能为中医治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎提供客观的影像学依据,能作为首选的影像学诊断方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Results Results Chinese medicine treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children is superior to western western medicine treatment, there was statistical signifi cance and ultrasound results difference(medicine treatment, there was statistical signi P < 0.05). Conclusions Conclusions Ultrasound can provide objective imaging basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, can be used as the preferred imaging diagnostic method, and has important clinical value.
