Clinical value of DR and CT in the diagnosis of thoracic trauma

目的:探讨DR与CT在胸部创伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2014年6月—2015年12月收治的胸部创伤患者68例,对患者同时进行DR与CT检查,比较两种诊断方法的准确率。结果:CT组的整体准确率高于DR组,CT组的误诊率显著低于DR组(P<0.05);CT诊断在判断肋骨骨折、胸腔积液、血气胸及气胸上具有更高的诊断准确率(P<0.05)。结论:在胸部创伤诊断中CT具有较高的临床诊断准确率,对于指导后续的治疗具有重要的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of DR and CT in the diagnosis of thoracic trauma. Methods Methods 68 cases of thoracic trauma patients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected, and DR and CT examinations were performed simultaneously. Results Results The overall accuracy rate of CT group was higher than that of DR group, and the rate of misdiagnosis in CT group was lower than that in DR group(P<0.05). CT diagnosis in rib fracture, pleural effusion, hemothorax and pneumothorax has higher diagnostic accuracy rate(P<0.05).. Conclusion Conclusion CT has higher diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of thoracic trauma, and plays an important role in guiding the follow-up treatment.
