肺曲菌病的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of Pulmonary Aspergillosis

目的:探讨肺曲菌病的CT表现。方法:回顾本院自2011年7月—2017年5月36例经手术、病理、真菌培养、G实验、GM实验及临床治疗随访证实的肺部曲菌病病例,分析该组病例的CT表现。结果:36例肺曲菌病CT表现为空气新月征13例,实变、肿块或结节伴晕征9例,曲菌球4例,胸膜下肺实变影3例,支气管扩张粘液嵌塞症3例,单纯结节或肿块2例,结节伴空洞2例。结论:肺曲菌病表现多样,但仍具有一定特征,其典型表现包括:曲菌球、空气新月征、晕征结节、尖端向内的大片实变影,支气管粘液嵌塞等。

Conclusionss Expression of Pulmonary Aspergillosis is diversiform, but still has some characteristics of the typical l performance include: music bacterium ball, air crescent sign, halo sign nodules, point to the vast consolidation within the shadow, bronchial mucus embedded plug, etc.
