利奈唑胺治疗老年髓系白血病患者合并革兰阳性球菌感染的效果评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察评估利奈唑胺治疗老年髓系白血病患者合并革兰阳性球菌感染的效果。方法:选取我院收治的老年髓系白血病合并革兰阳性球菌感染患者80例作为本次研究对象,时间均为2014年1月20日—2016年1月20日期间。通过抽签的方法将其分为两组,其中对照组与实验组均占40例。对照组患者使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上,采用利奈唑胺治疗。将本研究中两组患者的治疗总有效率、用药时间、体温降至正常时间进行对比分析。结果:经过治疗后,实验组患者的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组,P<0.05;该组患者的用药时间为(8.10±2.84)d、体温降至正常时间为(6.23±1.16)d,均较对照组更短,P<0.05。结论:利奈唑胺用于治疗老年髓系白血病合并革兰阳性球菌感染患者的效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of linezolid in the treatment of elderly patients with myeloid leukemia leukemia complicated with gram-positive cocci infection.d with gram-positive cocci infection.Methods Methods 80 elderly patients with myeloid leukemia and gram-positive cocci infection in our hospital were selected as the subjects in this study.The time was from January 20,2014 to January 20 th ~2016.They were divided into 2 groups by the method of drawing lots,of which 40 cases were in the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with Cefoperazone/sulbactam,and patients in the experimental group were treated with linezolid on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,time and body temperature of the two groups were decreased to normal time.Resultss After treatment,the patients in the experimental group the total effective rate was 95%,signifi cantly higher than the control After treatment,the patients in the experimental group the total effective rate was 95%,signi cantly higher than the control group,P<0.05 group;the treatment time was(8.10± 2.84) d,the temperature dropped to normal time is(6.23±1.16) d,shorter than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusionn Linezolid is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with myeloid leukemia and gram positive cocci infection,and is worthy of further popularization and application.
