摘要
目的:探讨运动管理在高体质指数人群中的应用分析。方法:在本健康体检部的健康体检人群中选取682例高体质指数者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,即对照组和干预组,每组各341例。对照组采取常规的健康教育,干预组在此基础上进行运动管理,持续时间为6个月。6个月评估两组体质指数、血压、血糖、血脂结果。个月评估两组体质指数、血压、血糖、血脂结果。结果:对照组失访率(16.42%)显著高于干预组(9.68)(P<0.05,χ~2=6.84);6个月后,对照组的体质指数显著降低(P<0.05),血压高、血脂异常、血糖高等例数无显著差异(P>0.05),干预组的体质指数显著降低(P<0.05),高体质指数、血压高、血脂异常、血糖高的例数均显著低于研究初(P<0.05)。6个月后两组对比研究发现,干预组的体质指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且高体质指数、血压高、血脂异常、血糖高的人数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运动管理可以显著降低高体质指数人群的体质指数,对血压高、血脂异常、血糖高也有干预作用。
Objective To explore the application of exercise management in the population with high bmi. To. Methodss 682 people e with high body mass index were selected as the subjects in the physical examination of the health examination department. They were randomly divided into two groups, that is the control group and the intervention group, 341 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, and the intervention group received exercise management on the basis of the exercise, with a duration of 6 months. The body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid were evaluated in two groups for 6 months.Results The control group lost rate(16.42%) was signifi cantly higher than that in the intervention group(9.68)(p<0.05 χ~2=6.84); after 6 months, the control group signifi cantly decreased body mass index(p<0.05), high blood pressure, abnormal blood lipids, blood glucose higher number of cases had no signifi cant difference(p>0.05), body mass index was signifi cantly lower in the intervention group(p<0.05), the number of cases of high BMI, high blood pressure, abnormal blood lipids, high blood glucose were signifi cantly lower than that of the early(p<0.05). Comparative study found in two groups after 6 months, the intervention group BMI was signifi cantly lower than the control group(p<0.05), and the number of high BMI, hypertension, dyslipidemia, high blood glucose were signifi cantly lower than the control group(p<0.05)..
