低剂量胸部CT对肺癌筛查的研究进展

肺癌是发病率和死亡率增长最快,对人群健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一,做到临床早发现、早诊断,有助于患者得到早期治疗,提高预后。随着当前影像学检查技术的发展,低剂量CT在肺癌早期筛查工作中得到广泛应用,不仅可以减轻辐射剂量,还可以提供良好的影像诊断图像,肺部结节检出率较高。本文对低剂量胸部CT在肺癌诊断中的图像表现以及筛查方面的研究进展进行综合分析。

The incidence and mortality of lung cancer is the fastest growing, one of the major threat to the health and life of malignant tumor in clinical, do early detection and early diagnosis, help patients get early treatment to improve the prognosis. With the development of inspection technology for current imaging, low dose CT has been widely used in screening of early lung cancer, not only can reduce the radiation dose, can also provide a good image of imaging diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, higher detection rate. In this paper, the low dose chest CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer imaging and screening of the progress of comprehensive analysis.
