摘要
目的:针对瑞芬太尼在无痛人工流产手术过程中的麻醉的安全水平以及效率。方法:将我院在2015年12月—2016年12月期间采用临床无痛人工流产手术的孕妇150例作为研究对象,所有患者均通过临床检测符合无痛人工流产的相关条件,将所有患者平均分为两组,具体标号为对照组与观察组,对照组患者在手术前采用丙泊酚进行术前的麻醉工作;观察组患者在使用丙泊酚的基础上联合瑞芬太尼进行手术前的麻醉。在手术进行的过程中,观察患者的生命体征,具体包括麻醉前、给药前的相关心率、血氧饱和度,并对两组数据进行具体研究。结果:两组患者在麻醉前、给药前的心率、血氧饱和度以及平均动脉压等情况不具有显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的术中的麻醉效果以及麻醉程度相比对照组有着显著提升,通过组间差异分析确定具有统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于无痛人工流产手术中采用瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行术前麻醉,有着良好的镇痛效果,能够有效改善患者的呼吸循环抑制情况,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To study the safety level and efficiency of the anesthesia during the operation of painless artificial abortion. Methods Will be in December 2015 to December 2016 with clinical painless artificial abortion during the period of 150 cases of pregnant women as the research object, all patients through clinical testing in accordance with the relevant conditions of the painless induced abortion, all patients were divided into two groups, the specific Numbers as the control group and observation group, the team prior to surgery in patients with use of propofol for preoperative anesthesia work; The patients in the observation group were anesthetized before the operation using propofol. During the operation, the vital signs of the patient were observed, including the relevant heart rate and blood oxygen saturation before and after anesthesia, and the two groups of data were studied. Results The heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were not significantly different before anesthesia, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The anesthetic effect and anesthetic degree of the patients in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group, and the significance of statistical study was determined by the difference analysis between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For the red fentanyl in painless artificial abortion joint preoperative anesthesia with propofol, has a good analgesic effect, can effectively improve the patient's respiratory inhibition, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
