多层螺旋CT在老年性肠梗阻诊断中的应用

The application of multi-layer helical CT in the diagnosis of senile ileus

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在老年性肠梗阻诊断中的应用。方法:分析87例于2014年9月—2017年5月间在本院初诊老年性肠梗阻患者的多层螺旋CT结果,与手术治疗结果进行比较,统计多层螺旋CT诊断老年性肠梗阻的灵敏度、特异度、正确率。结果:多层螺旋CT诊断的灵敏度为96.43%,特异度为66.67%,正确率为95.40%。结论:多层螺旋C T诊断老年性肠梗阻具有较高的灵敏度、正确率,能够实现对肠梗阻的快速成像,可为病因诊断提供有价值的参考信息和及时指导手术治疗,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods 87 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction in the elder were selected as research subjects in the hospital from September 2014 to May 2017.In comparison with clinical diagnosis,statistical analysis was made by results obtained by MSCT diagnosis in categories of intestinal obstruction in the elder sensitivity, specifi city, accuracy.Results MSCT diagnostic sensitivity was 96.43%.Diagnostic specificity was 66.67% and accuracy w as 95.40%.Conclusion The use of MSCT in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction in the elder was characterized by high sensitivity, accuracy, which could realize rapid imaging of intestinal obstruction in the elder,and provide valuable reference information for the diagnosis of the causes of intestinal obstruction in the elder.It w as worthy of clinical promotion.
