针对性护理对肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理满意度的影响效果

Objective to investigate the effect of targeted nursing on perioperative nursing satisfaction of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi

目的:分析针对性护理对肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理满意度的影响效果。方法:选取我院2016年3月—2017年1月肾结石患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和干预组,其中对照组采用常规护理方式,干预组采用针对性围术期护理方式,对比两组患者护理满意程度。结果:经过护理之后,两组患者的护理满意程度均有所提升,其中对照组护理满意程度为85.0%,干预组护理满意程度为97.5%,干预组的护理满意程度明显高于对照组,且差异明显,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肾结石患者实施针对性围术期护理措施,能够明显提高患者护理满意程度,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on perioperative nursing satisfaction of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi. Methods In our hospital in March 2016-2017 year in January 80 cases of renal calculi patients as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, the control group received the routine nursing, the intervention group used for perioperative nursing care, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction is improved, the control group of nursing satisfaction was 85%, intervention group, nursing satisfaction was 97.5% in the intervention group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Targeted perioperative nursing measures for patients with renal calculi can significantly improve the degree of patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of promotion and application.
