CT冠状动脉血管造影改良扫描方式在减少心脏静脉显影干扰方面的价值分析

The value of CT coronary angiography modified scan in reducing the disturbance of cardiac vein development

目的:研究冠心病患者通过改良扫描方式实施CT冠状动脉血管造影检查的临床价值。方法:抽取在我院就诊的冠心病确诊患者88例,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,平均每组44例。对照组采用传统扫描方式实施CT冠状动脉血管造影检查;观察组采用改良扫描方式实施CT冠状动脉血管造影检查。比较两组研究对象CT冠状动脉血管造影检查所得图像的质量。结果:观察组研究对象CT冠状动脉血管造影检查所得图像的质量优于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者通过改良扫描方式实施CT冠状动脉血管造影检查,能够减少心脏静脉显影干扰,在缩短操作时间的同时,显著提升图像质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) by modified scan mode CT coronary angiography. Methods 88 patients with CHD diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with an average of 44 patients in each group. CT coronary angiography was performed in the control group by conventional scanning method. The observation group underwent modified coronary angiography using CT scan. The quality of the images obtained by CT coronary angiography was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the quality of the images obtained by CT coronary angiography was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion CT coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease through improved scan mode can reduce the interference of cardiac vein development, and shorten the operation time and improve the image quality significantly.
