模拟CT引导经皮穿刺活检术诊断胸腹部占位性病变的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of CT-Sim–guided Percutaneous Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Thoracic and Abdominal Lesions

目的:探讨在模拟CT引导下经皮胸腹部穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法:在模拟CT引导下,对64例经影像检查胸腹腔脏器占位患者进行经皮穿刺活检,分析其结果及穿刺并发症。结果:64例患者均取得满意病理组织,可作出明确病理诊断,组织学诊断率100%,穿刺成功率100%。结论:模拟CT引导经皮胸腹部穿刺活检术是明确胸腹部占位性病变病理诊断的一种安全微创、准确高效的临床手段,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective Study on Sim-CT guided percutaneous thoracic and abdominal puncture biopsy clinical application value. Methods Guided with the sim-CT, 64 patients,who were found mass in thoracic and abdominal organs by imaging examination,received percutaneous biopsy, analyze the results and complications. Results All patients make pathological diagnosis, the successful rate of puncture was 100%, histological diagnosis rate of 100%. Conclusion Sim-CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is an efficient clinical means for pathology diagnosis of thoracic and abdominal lesions,it is a safe and minimally invasive, accurate and efficient, and is a valuable clinical technique.
