研究大螺距双源CT双能量扫描鉴别肺部肿瘤的准确性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究分析大螺距双源CT双能量在良恶性肺部肿瘤中的鉴别诊断价值。方法:将包头市中心医院肿瘤科接诊的71例拟诊为肺部肿瘤的患者纳入研究讨论中,患者于2016年1月—2016年12月期间到我院就诊,入选患者均行大螺距双源CT双能量扫描,对比分析良性和恶性肺部肿瘤影像学图像结果。结果诊断准确率为恶性病变诊断准确率87.50%,良性病变诊断准确率为91.30%;恶性肿瘤和良性肿瘤CT值、轴位截面积、肿瘤最大直径比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);恶性肿瘤Overlay值和含碘值与良性肿瘤Overlay值和含碘值比较,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:大螺距双源CT双能量扫描在鉴别良恶性肺部肿瘤中具有较高的准确性。 Objective To study the differential diagnostic value of large pitch Shuang yuan CT dual energy in benign and malignant lung tumors. Methods 71 patients with lung cancer were enrolled in our study. the imaging findings of benign and malignant lung tumor were compared and analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 87.50% and the diagnostic accuracy rate was slid %. The CT value, axial cross-sectional area and the maximum diameter of malignant tumor and benign tumor were not significantly different( P > 0.05). The overlay value and iodine value of malignant tumor were significantly different compared with the overlay value and iodine value of benign tumor(P < 0.05). Conclusion Large pitch Shuang yuan CT dual energy scan has high accuracy in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lung tumors.
