摘要 目的:对产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统异常进行分析探讨。方法:选取2016年5月—2017年5月我方医院超声诊断的68例泌尿系统异常胎儿,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析68例胎儿在超声诊断泌尿系统异常后的临床情况。结果:68例泌尿系统异常患儿的症状类型具体分为:肾脏发育不全3例(4.41%)、单纯肾积水(肾盂增宽)47例(69.12%)、肾缺如2例(2.94%)、肾脏多囊性病变9例(13.24%),重复肾5例(7.81%),巨膀胱3例(4.41%)。在20~30周孕期范围内,有重度积水患儿1例,中度积水患儿9例,轻度积水患儿17例。在>30孕期内,有重度积水患儿2例,3例患儿中度积水,15例患儿轻度积水。结论:产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统对胎儿出生后如何治疗有着指导作用,是判断胎儿是否异常的重要方法。 Objective To analyze the abnormalities of fetal urinary system in prenatal diagnosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with abnormal urinary system were selected from May to May 2017 in our hospital. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical status of 68 cases of fetal diagnosis of abnormal urinary system was analyzed. Results The clinical symptoms of 68 children with abnormal urinary system were divided into three groups: renal insufficiency(4.41%), simple hydronephrosis(renal pelvis widening) in 47 cases(69.12%), renal deficiency in 2 cases(2.94 %), Renal cystic disease in 9 cases(13.24%), 5 cases of repeated renal(7.81%), giant bladder in 3 cases(4.41%). The In the range of 20 to 30 weeks of pregnancy, there are 1 cases of severe water in children, 9 cases of moderate water in children, 17 cases of mild water in children. In the>30 pregnancy, there are 2 cases of severe water in children, 3 cases of moderate water in children, 15 cases of mild water in children. Conclusion The diagnosis of fetal urinary system by prenatal ultrasound has a guiding effect on how to treat fetal after birth. It is an important method to judge whether the fetus is abnormal or not. It is widely popularized and applied clinically.
