磁共振动态增强成像、扩散加权成像在鉴别乳腺良恶性病变中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析磁共振动态增强成像、扩散加权成像对乳腺量恶性病变患者的诊断效果。方法:收集我院4年内收治的260例乳腺良恶性病变患者,对所有患者均实施单一磁共振动态增强成像、单一扩散加权成像和磁共振动态增强成像联合扩散加权成像的扫描,分析3种方法的特异度、敏感度和准确度。结果:磁共振动态增强成像联合扩散加权成像的特异度、敏感度和准确度均明显高于单一的磁共振动态动态增强和扩散加权成像,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:在对乳腺良恶性病变患者实施临床诊断时,联合使用磁共振动态增强成像和扩散加权成像可起到更好的诊断效果。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted imaging in patients with malignant breast lesions. Methods 260 cases of benign and malignant breast lesions in our hospital during 4 years were collected, and the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of three methods were analyzed by using single magnetic resonance imaging, single diffusion weighted imaging and magnetic resonance imaging combined with diffusion weighted imaging. Results The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of Mr dynamic enhanced imaging combined with diffusion weighted imaging were significantly higher than that of single magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and diffusion weighted imaging(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, combined use of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted imaging can play a better diagnostic effect.
