摘要
目的:了解对孕妇进行彩超血流手段以检测胎儿心脏瓣膜反流情况以便为早期筛查胎儿先天性心脏病提供数据依据。方法:纳入对象选取2016年—2017年期间在本院接受产前超声检查的孕妇相关临床资料,从中选取50例,所有孕妇均为单胎,产前接受彩色多普勒超声手段检测并筛查记录孕妇中胎儿心脏瓣膜反流的状况。通过胎儿随访以了解新生儿先天性心脏病事件发生率。结果:在本文研究对象孕妇中经彩超血流检测后有8例检出存在心脏瓣膜反流,其中5例胎儿为三尖瓣少量返流,1例胎儿为二尖瓣少量反流,2例胎儿为二尖瓣与三尖瓣同时少量反流,7例胎儿为反流程度为轻,1例胎儿反流程度为中,无重度反流胎儿;所有孕妇顺利分娩,经彩超血流检测并提示异常胎儿中,1例出现先天性心脏病,其余7例无先天性心脏病,胎儿心脏瓣膜反流情况与彩超血流检测一致,无漏诊。结论:对孕妇产前用彩超血流检测手段对于胎儿是否存在心脏瓣膜反流有积极作用,准确掌握瓣膜反流情况和程度,提高产前检查精确度并有利于新生儿健康成长。
Objective To investigate the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography on the detection of fetal heart valve regurgitation in order to provide data for early screening of fetal congenital heart disease. Five of the fetuses were refluxed with tricuspid valve, 1 patient had a small mitral valve regurgitation, For the mitral valve and tricuspid valve at the same time a small amount of reflux, 7 cases of fetal reflux for the degree of light, 1 case of fetal reflux in the degree of no severe reflux of the fetus; all pregnant women smooth delivery, by color and blood flow detection and tips Abnormal fetal, 1 case of congenital heart disease, the remaining 7 cases without congenital heart disease, fetal heart valve regurgitation and color Doppler ultrasound detection consistent, no missed diagnosis. Conclusion The prenatal use of color Doppler ultrasonography in pregnant women has a positive effect on whether the fetus has a heart valve regurgitation, accurate control of valve regurgitation and degree, improve the accuracy of prenatal care and is conducive to the healthy growth of newborns.
