摘要 目的:探究磁共振成像与CT对脑出血鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取2015年5月22日—2017年5月22日我院收治的脑出血患者54例作为研究组,将同期我院收治的脑梗死患者54例做为参照组,对两组患者均进行头颅MRI及CT的检查,比较两组患者的检查结果。结果:研究组患者的DWI信号以混合信号为主,参照组以高信号为主,研究组患者病灶周围高信号水肿带的发生率为85.2%,参照组患者病灶周围高信号水肿带发生率为14.8%,对比P<0.05;研究组患者的病灶分布以基底节区为主,而其病灶形态以类圆形为主,参照组病灶分布以小脑及顶额为主,其病灶形态以不规则形为主,对比P<0.05。结论:对于脑出血的鉴别诊断中,采用MRI和CT均能够起到良好的鉴别诊断价值,在对患者进行实际的检查中,相关的检查者可以根据患者的实际情况予以相应的诊断方法,其应用价值值得在临床中借鉴使用。 Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging and CT in the differential diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Method 54 patients as study group from May 22, 2015 to May 22, 2017 in our hospital over the same period of cerebral hemorrhage, 54 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital as control group, two groups of patients were underwent MRI and CT examination results, examination of the two groups of patients.Results The DWI signal of patients in the study group based on mixed signal, the reference group with high signal mainly around the study group of patients with lesions with high signal edema occurred in 85.2% groups of patients with lesions around the reference high signal edema incidence rate was 14.8%, compared to P < 0.05; the distribution of lesions of patients in the study group in the basal ganglia. The lesions mainly in the round, the reference group in cerebellum and frontoparietal lesion distribution, the lesions with irregular shape, compared to P < 0.05.Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage, using MRI and CT can play a good differential diagnostic value, in the actual examination of the patient, the relevant inspection can be some diagnosis methods according to the actual situation of patients, its application value is worthy of reference in clinical use.
