摘要
目的:了解苏州大学本科生的食品安全知识、态度、行为现况及其影响因素,研究医学专业和非医学专业本科生对食品安全知识掌握的差异,为大学生食品安全教育提供依据。方法:采用自制的KAP问卷,对苏州大学507名本科生进行食品安全知识、态度及行为进行问卷调查。结果:465份有效问卷的平均得分是6.334±1.481分;医学生的得分高于非医学生的得分(6.578±1.424 vs 6.096±1.499,P<0.05),大部分大学生重视食品安全问题,互联网对大学生食品安全知识和行为的影响较大。结论:高校应加强对大学生的食品安全教育,及时应对互联网带来的新的食品安全风险。
Objective To investigate the knowledge-attitude and practice(KAP) about food safety among undergraduates in Soochow University, to study the difference of food safety KAP between medical students and non-medical students, and to provide scientific evidence for food safety education. Methods A questionnaire survey about food safety KAP was conducted among 507 undergraduates in Soochow University. Results The average score of food safety knowledge was 6.334±1.481, and the score of medical students was higher than the score of non-medical students, most college students attached importance to food safety, and the internet had influenced college students' food safety knowledge and practice significantly. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out food safety education in college, and to deal with the new risks caused by the internet.
