跌打丸含量测定方法及其方法学验证

The method of determination of Paishi's content and its methodological verification

目的:优化跌打丸中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法:通过考察提取溶剂浓度、提取溶剂用量、提取方式、提取时间等四项指标,并利用高效液相色谱法测定出跌打丸中的血竭素含量。高效液相色谱法:色谱柱:GL Inertsil ODS-3(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(49:51);柱温:40℃;流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:440nm。结果:新的提取条件下测定出的血竭素含量符合药典要求。结论:跌打丸中血竭素的优化条件合理,优化工艺可行,适合工业生产。

Objective To optimize the content of dracorhodin in the Dieda pills. Methods To investigate concentration and dosage of extraction solvent; the ways of extracting; extraction time and so on. and A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was adopted.The determination was performed on a GL Inertsil ODS-3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(49:51); the detection wavelength was 440 nm for dracorhodin.the column temperature was 40℃; a the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. Results The content of dracorhodin in the Dieda pills under the new extraction condition was met with the requirement of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The optimized the extraction technique can be used for industrial production.
