前列腺癌是老年男性生殖系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,我国患病率低于欧美国家,但近年我国前列腺癌患病率逐年升高,严重危害我国老年男性生命健康。目前,MR是临床最常应用的影像检查技术,其在前列腺癌诊断、分期及疗效评价等方面发挥着至关重要作用,并已得到临床认可及广泛应用。

Prostate cancer was the most common malignant tumor in the reproductive system of elderly men, and the prevalence of prostate cancer in China was lower than that in European and American countries, but the prevalence of prostate cancer in China has increased year by year, which seriously endangers the life and health of elderly men in China. At present, MR was the most commonly used imaging technology, it played a vital role in the diagnosis, staging and evaluation of prostate cancer, and had been recognized and widely used.
