颈部血管超声的血流动力学参数评估椎动脉颅内段狭窄的可行性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对椎动脉颅内段狭窄评估中应用颈部血管超声血流动力学参数的效果进行探讨。方法:选取34例椎动脉狭窄患者设为狭窄组,选择同期体检结果为健康的35例人员设置成正常组,均展开颈部血管超声检查,对照分析检查结果。结果:狭窄组VAD、EDV、PSV显著较正常组低,血流量显著较正常组少,且狭窄组阻力指数及差值显著较一般组大,P<0.05。结论:对于椎动脉颅内段狭窄的评估,展开颈部血管超声检查时,VAD、EDV、PSV、血流量、阻力指数几个血流动力学参数有较高敏感性。 Objective To explore the application of Neck Vascular Ultrasound Hemodynamics of intracranial vertebral artery stenosis evaluation results.Methods 34 cases of patients with vertebral artery stenosis with stenosis group, select the same period 35 cases of healthy physical examination results for the personnel set as normal group, are neck vascular ultrasound examination, comparative analysis results. Results The stenosis group VAD, EDV, PSV were significantly lower than normal group, blood flow was significantly less than the normal group, and the resistance index and the difference between the stenosis group was significantly higher than that of the general group, P < 0.05. Conclusion For intracranial vertebral artery stenosis, expand neck vascular ultrasound, V AD, EDV, PSV, blood flow, resistance index, several hemodynamic parameters have higher sensitivity.
