摘要
目的:观察评价运用颅脑CT扫描诊断癫痫病的临床价值。方法:选取我院2015年6月—2016年6月间收治的确诊为癫痫的52例患者作为研究对象,分析所有患者的颅脑CT扫描结果以及脑电图检查的结果,分别设为CT组、脑电图组,对比组间诊断结果。结果:比较组间对癫痫病的敏感性,脑电图组优势明显,P<0.05,组间差异在统计学上有意义;比较两组检查方法对癫痫疾病病因的检出情况,CT组优势明显,P<0.05,差异在统计学上有意义。结论 :在对癫痫疾病进行诊断时,颅脑CT与脑电图均有较高的临床价值,CT在检出癫痫病因及病灶位置方面较脑电图有显著优势,但脑电图对癫痫的敏感性更高,因此,临床在诊断癫痫时应联合运用CT扫描和脑电图检查,综合考虑CT与脑电图的检查结果,以提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of craniocerebral CT scan in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods In our hospital in June 2015-2016 year in June 52 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy patients, analysis of brain CT scan results of all patients and the results of EEG, EEG, were divided into group CT group, the diagnosis results between the two groups. Results The sensitivity of epilepsy, EEG group advantages, P < 0.05, there was significant difference between the groups; in the detection of epilepsy disease, CT group have obvious advantages, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The diagnosis of epilepsy, the clinical effect of brain CT and EEG are high, CT diagnosis of epilepsy etiology and location of the lesion has advantages than EEG, but the sensitivity of electroencephalogram in diagnosis of epilepsy is higher, therefore, should be combined with CT scan and clinical EEG in diagnosis of epilepsy, considering CT and EEG examination results to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
