摘要
目的:探讨CT及MRI对转移性骨肿瘤的诊断价值及误、漏诊原因。方法:选取73例转移性骨肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行CT及MRI检查,比较两种检查方法的诊断阳性率及误、漏诊率,并分析其误诊、漏诊的原因。结果:MRI诊断阳性率为100.00%,误、漏诊率为0,CT诊断阳性率为71.23%,误、漏诊率为28.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI检查在早期转移性骨肿瘤的诊断中敏感性较高,可进行全身大范围检查,比CT更具有优越性。
Objective To investigate the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of metastatic bone tumors and analyze the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods 73 patients with metastatic bone tumors in our hospital were selected as the subjects. All patients were examined by CT and MRI. The positive rates of diagnosis and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were compared between the two methods, and the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were analyzed. Results The positive rate of MRI diagnosis was 100.00%, the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was 0. The positive rate of CT diagnosis was 71.23%, the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was 28.77%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI examination is more sensitive in the diagnosis of early metastatic bone tumors, and can be examined extensively in whole body, which is superior to CT.
