摘要 目的:探讨MRI化学位移成像对几种常见腹部肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取2015年1月—2017年5月我院接诊的100例腹部肿瘤患者,采用MRI化学位移成像方式对患者进行腹部肿瘤诊断并分析诊断结果。结果:常规上腹部平扫成像诊断准确率为98.0%,在MRI化学位移成像诊断中准确率为100.0%;化学位移影像中信号均有突出表现,其中,反相位与同相位对比呈现出明显的部分信号或者全部信号减弱。结论:MRI化学位移成像方式对几种常见腹部肿瘤的诊断,能够提高对常见腹部肿瘤诊断的准确率。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI chemical shift imaging in several common abdominal tumors. Methods From January 2015 to May 2017, 100 patients with abdominal tumor were admitted to our hospital. MRI chemical shift imaging was used to diagnose the abdominal tumor and analyze the diagnosis. Results The diagnostic accuracy of conventional abdominal plain scan was 98%, and the diagnostic accuracy of the MRI chemical shift imaging was 100%. Chemical shift images of the signal are outstanding performance, in which the reverse phase contrast with the same phase showed a partial part of the signal or all the signal weakened. Conclusion MRI chemical shift imaging can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis in several common abdominal tumors.
