Diagnostic value of CT for different types of pelvic injuries

目的:探讨CT检查对不同类型骨盆损伤的诊断价值。方法:对2013年5月—2017年3月我院收治的80例骨盆损伤患者分别行CT与X线片检查并得出AO分型,以临床体格检查、影像学检查及手术情况为准判断骨盆损伤的正确AO分型。结果:(1)80例骨盆损伤患者的正确AO分型为:A型24例,B型30例,C型26例。(2)CT诊断为A型23例,B型31例,C型26例,总准确率为92.5%。(3)X线片诊断为A型28例,B型28例,C型24例,总准确率为78.8%。结论:CT检查能够较为准确地判断骨盆损伤的AO分型,尤其是B、C型的骨盆损伤。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for different types of pelvic injuries. Methods From May 2013 to March 2017, 80 cases of pelvic injuries in our hospital were examined by CT and X-ray, and AO type was obtained. The correct AO type of pelvic injury was judged by clinical physical examination, imaging examination and operation. Results(1) 80 cases of pelvic injury with the correct AO type: 24 cases of type A, 30 cases of type B, 26 cases of type C.(2) CT was diagnosed was 23 cases of type A, 31 cases of type B, 26 cases of type C, the total accuracy rate was 92.5%.(3) The X-ray diagnosis was 28 cases of type A, 28 cases of type B, 24 cases of type C, the total accuracy rate was 78.8%. Conclusion CT examination can more accurately judge the AO classification of pelvic injuries, especially the type B and C pelvic injuries.
