摘要
目的:探讨脑梗死急性期行全脑血管造影后出现类似脑出血CT影像改变机理。方法:回顾2例急性期脑梗死患者在全脑血管造影前后头颅CT动态变化,并结合文献进行分析探讨。结果:2例脑梗死急性期患者均在脑血管造影术后头颅CT出现类似出血影像改变,并于24~48小时内消失。结论:头颅CT出现类似出血影像改变的机理可能为脑梗死血脑屏障破坏,造影剂渗出到病变组织所致。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of CT imaging changes of cerebral hemorrhage after cerebral angiography in acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods The dynamic changes of head CT in 2 patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after cerebral angiography were reviewed and analyzed in combination with the literature. Results In 2 patients with acute cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage occurred at the head CT after cerebral angiography, and disappeared within 24 ~ 48 hours. Conclusion The mechanism of the image changes in the head of CT is similar to that of hemorrhage. It may be caused by the destruction of blood-brain barrier and the exudation of the contrast medium into the diseased tissue.
