头颅MRA、DSA与多普勒超声在脑血管病中的诊断价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨头颅MRA、DSA与多普勒超声在脑血管病中的诊断价值。方法:选取188例疑似脑血管疾病患者均进行MRA、TCD与DSA检查。结果:经MRA、TCD与DSA联合确定脑动脉瘤29例;经MRA、TCD与DSA联合确定动静脉畸形15例;TCD与DSA检查脑动脉瘤与动静脉畸形的敏感性分析比较,差异显著(P<0.05);而MRA与DSA检查脑动脉瘤与动静脉畸形的敏感性分析比较,无差异(P>0.05)。结论:脑血管病中的诊断中,TCD可作为首选诊断方法,MRA与DSA诊断准确率较高。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of head MRA, DSA and doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease. Methods Selected 188 cases patients with suspected cerebral vascular disease received MRA and TCD and DSA examination. Results 29 cases of cerebral aneurysm were determined by MRA, TCD and DSA. 15 cases of arteriovenous malformation were determined by MRA, TCD and DSA. The sensitivity analysis of TCD and DSA for cerebral aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation was statistically significant(P< 0.05). However, MRA and DSA examined the sensitivity analysis of cerebral aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations, no difference(P> 0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease, TCD can be used as the preferred diagnostic method, and MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of accuracy is higher.
