超声引导下子宫输卵管造影诊断不孕症的应用价值

Application value of ultrasound guided uterus fallopian tube radiography in the diagnosis of infertility

目的:探讨子宫输卵管超声造影的临床应用价值。方法:79例不孕症患者进行超声子宫输卵管造影检查,观察其输卵管通畅情况。结果:(1)79例患者中10例双侧输卵管阻塞,29例一侧输卵管阻塞,25例一侧或双侧输卵管通而不畅,15例双侧输卵管通畅。(2)10例双侧输卵管阻塞均经手术证实。结论:子宫输卵管超声造影术判断输卵管通畅性准确率高,具有诊治双重功能,操作简便,不良反应小,可作为一种检查输卵管通畅性的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of ultrasound contrast in uterus and fallopian tube. Methods 79 cases of infertility patients were examined by HyCosy, and the patency of fallopian tube was observed. Results (1)Of the 79 patients, 10 had bilateral fallopian tube obstruction, 29 had unilateral fallopian tube obstruction, 25 had unilateral or bilateral tubal patency, and 15 had bilateral tubal patency.(2)10 cases of bilateral fallopian tube obstruction were confirmed by operation. Conclusions The accuracy of HyCosy in judgment of patency rate of fallopian tube is high, it has dual functions of diagnosis and treatment, has the advantages of simple operation, less adverse reactions, it can be used as an effective method to check the patency of fallopian tube.
