摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者采取营养干预后对其糖脂代谢、妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择我院80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,常规营养干预者40例归为对照组,医学营养治疗者40例归为实验组,比较两组患者糖脂代谢、妊娠结局情况。结果:实验组的HOMA-IR、FPG、2h PPG、TC水平及早产、巨大儿、胎儿窘迫发生率明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:医学营养治疗可以调节妊娠期糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢,改善其妊娠情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition intervention on gestational and glucose metabolism and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods We selected 80 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital, 40 cases of routine nutritional intervention as a control group, 40 cases of medical nutrition treatment group were divided into experimental group, compared the two groups of patients with glucose and lipid metabolism, pregnancy outcome.Results The incidence of HOMA-IR, FPG, 2h PPG, TCin the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Medical nutrition therapy can regulate gestational diabetes mellitus glycolipid metabolism, improve their pregnancy.
