摘要
深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是指血液在深静脉腔内不正常的凝结,是血管外科的常见病、多发病[1]。下肢近端深静脉血栓栓子脱落会造成严重的并发症-肺栓塞,会导致生命危险,DVT脱落的危险性与其形成的时间具有一定的相关性,所以准确判断下肢深静脉血栓形成的时间对临床治疗、预后以及挽救患者生命有着重要意义。超声检查在下肢静脉血栓的诊断中起着不可忽视的重要作用,目前实时剪切波弹性成像在下肢深静脉血栓分期方面有了一定的公认价值,本文就目前实时剪切波弹性成像在下肢深静脉血栓及其他疾病中应用价值作一综述。

At present, real-time shear wave elastic imaging has a certain value in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremitie,In this paper, the application of real-time shear wave elasticity imaging in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and other diseases is reviewed.
