抗NMDA受体脑炎10例临床脑电图及临床分析

Clinical EEG and clinical analysis of 10 cases of anti NMDA receptor encephalitis

目的:对抗NMDA受体脑炎10例临床脑电图进行临床分析。方法:对2011年12月—2016年12月在我院接受抗NMDA受体脑炎的10例患者进行回顾性分析,分析患者的临床症状和脑电图特点。结果:9例患者的病情有显著的改善,1例患者的病情恢复比较缓慢,说话发音困难、肢体活动过多、肌张力有所下降。结论:抗NMDA受体脑炎的临床症状多样,但是肿瘤比较少见,脑电图特点为非特异性慢波,少数会有多灶性的放电或是显示正常,早期的诊断以及实施积极的免疫治疗可以取得较好的预后效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical EEG of 10 cases of NMDA receptor encephalitis. Methods From December 2011 to December 2016, 10 cases of NMDA receptor encephalitis in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical symptoms and EEG characteristics of the patients were analyzed. Results The condition of the 9 patients improved significantly,and the recovery of the 1 patients was relatively slow. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of anti NMDA receptor encephalitis is diverse, but relatively rare tumor, nonspecific characteristics of EEG slow wave, there will be a discharge of multifocal or normal, early diagnosis and active treatment can achieve the implementation of immunization well prognosis.
