脊柱关节突交锁螺旋CT多平面重建和三维重建的应用价值

摘要 目的:讨论脊柱关节突交锁螺旋CT多平面重建和三维重建图片特点和临床应用价值。方法:现随机选取2015年6月—2016年12月我院收治的脊柱关节突交锁患者84例作为研究对象,对患者术前的螺旋CT资料进行回顾性分析,并对图像进行三维重建和多平面重建,对图像的特点进行总结,评估两种图像在临床诊断中的应用价值。结果:3D重建图像可清晰的体现出84例患者的突交锁情况,并且能够通过不同角度旋转和不同面显示出关节突交锁的空间形态,通过图像能够明显的观察到椎体滑脱和旋转程度。结论:通过CT多平面重建和三维重建图像可清晰、直观的观察到关节突交锁的轴位,脊柱关节突交锁螺旋CT多平面重建和三维重建能够有效的补充CT轴位扫描,为诊断提供可参考资料,减少误诊和漏诊情况,是临床上价值较高的图像信息。 Objective To discuss the spinal joints in spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction and 3d reconstruction image characteristics and clinical application value.Methods Randomly selected from now on June 6, 2015-December 2015, our hospital of the spinal joints in patients with 84 cases as the research object, the patients with preoperative spiral CT data were retrospectively analyzed, and the image three dimensional reconstruction and multiplanar reconstruction, to summarize the characteristics of the image, and evaluation of two kinds of image application in clinical diagnosis value.Results 3d reconstruction images can clearly reflect the 84 patients in situation, and the ability to rotate through different angles and different surface shows joints in space form, can be clearly observed from the image vertebral slippage and rotation.Conclusion Through CT multiplanar reconstruction and 3d reconstruction images can be clear, intuitive observed articular process/lock shaft, spinal joints in spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction can effectively complement CT axial scan, provide reference data for diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, image information is high clinical value.
