摘要
目的:磁共振作为一种既无创无电离辐射又敏感且分辨率高的临床辅助检查手段,早已经被临床所广泛应用。方法:磁共振弥散加权成像技术在局部弥散中,已为临床所常规应用于超急性期脑梗死、肿瘤鉴别诊断等。结果:因弥散技术对全身各个部分的病变敏感性高,结合ADC定量测量具有较高的鉴别诊断价值,非常适用于健康查体及恶性肿瘤全身转移的筛查。但是,由于人体全身面积较大,而磁共振衰减信号本身又非常微弱,对于磁场均匀度、外界干扰因素及接收线圈的要求较高,使得全身弥散加权类PET成像技术在应用于临床中受到许多限制性问题。结论:本文对磁共振全身弥散加权成像类PET技术的设计原理及应用方法进行了详细阐述,并重点分析了类PET技术的临床应用前景。
Objective Magnetic resonance as a kind of clinical auxiliary inspection method which is not invasive without ionizing radiation and high resolution, has been widely used in clinic. Methods Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging technique has been used in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction and tumor differential diagnosis. Results Due to dispersion technology high sensitivity to the lesions of each part of the body, combined with quantitative measurement has high differential diagnosis value of ADC, very suitable for screening kindergarden and malignant tumor spreading to other parts of the body. But, due to the human body area is larger, and magnetic resonance attenuation signal itself is very weak, the magnetic field uniformity, interference factors and has a high requirement of receiver coil, make whole body diffusion weighted class PET imaging in clinical applications are many restrictive problems. Conclusion In this paper, the whole body diffusion weighted imaging in class PET technology this paper expounds in detail the design principle and application method, and analyses the types of PET technology prospect of clinical application, and for the future of magnetic resonance(NMR) of whole body diffusion weighted class PET imaging technology reference for the clinical widely used.
