多普勒彩色超声心动图在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

目的:分析多普勒彩色超声心动图应用于急性心肌梗死诊断的临床价值。方法:于2014年1月—2016年12月期间我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者中选取30例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,所有患者均给予心电图检查和多普勒彩色超声心动图检查,比较两种方法诊断急性心肌梗死的效果。结果:多普勒彩色超声心动图准确诊断急性心肌梗死28例,诊断准确率为93.33%,常规心电图准确诊断23例,其准确率为76.67%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在急性心肌梗死诊断中应用多普勒彩色超声心动图检查,能够有效提高急性心肌梗死诊断准确率,从而为临床诊治提供指导。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Doppler color ultrasonic cardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital in patients with acute myocardial infarction in 30 cases, retrospective analysis of the clinical data, all patients were given echocardiography and color Doppler ultrasound and ECG examination, comparison of two methods for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction effect. Results Color Doppler ultrasound and ECG diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in 28 cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was 93.33%, conventional echocardiography accurately diagnosed 23 cases, the accuracy rate was 76.67%, significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, can effectively improve the diagnosis of acute myocardial the accurate rate of infarction so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
