高分辨率超声、超声弹性成像及超声造影在甲状腺结节良恶性病变诊断中的比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究分析高分辨率超声、超声弹性成像及超声造影在甲状腺结节良恶性病变诊断中的比较。方法:选取我院收治的进行手术治疗的47甲状腺结节患者为研究对象。分析临床资料,手术前,均进行高分辨率超声、超声弹性成像及超声造影检查,分析甲状腺结节良恶性病变情况,为临床治疗提供指导。结果:高分辨率超声检查的敏感性为82.12%,准确性为78.63%,特异性为76.98%。超声造影检查的敏感性为68.23%,准确性为74.33%,特异性为84.67%。超声弹性成像检查的敏感性为48.43%,准确性为70.99%,特异性为84.27%。结论:高分辨率超声在甲状腺结节良恶性病变诊断中的应用,准确性及敏感性较高,超声弹性成像及超声造影在甲状腺结节良恶性病变诊断中特异性高。
