探究128层螺旋CT低辐射剂量全脑灌注成像的可行性及价值

摘要 目的:探讨分析128层螺旋CT低辐射剂量全脑灌注成像的可行性及价值。方法:抽取本院2016年1月—2017年6月期间行颅脑灌注检查患者50例进行观察,采用传统扫描方法的25例分为对照组,采用减半时间扫描的25例分为观察组,两组颅脑灌注至少一侧正常,对两组辐射剂量进行记录,并测量所有患者正常侧的相关灌注参数进行比较分析。结果:对照组辐射剂量为9.53m Sv,观察组辐射剂量为4.76m Sv;两组在枕顶叶和基底节区的CBF值、CBV值、MTT值及TTP值上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组图像质量指标参数值比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:128层螺旋CT低辐射剂量全脑灌注成像不影响灌注参数和图像质量,能够有效反映出全脑血流动力学的改变。
